Performance of a material or component used in the manufacturing of an automobile, military vehicle, aircraft or consumer product under extreme conditions is critical to the long-term reliability of that product. DTL’s engineers utilize over 100 extreme condition environmental chambers which accelerate the effects of weathering and environmental conditions on small components to complete large-scale systems.

Our chambers range in size from single component (4 cubic feet) to large product/vehicle chambers (over 5,000 cubic feet). These chambers offer not only most extreme conditions (from -100°C to +1100°C), but also fast temperature ramp capability, corrosive environment, explosion-proof conditions, hydrocarbon sensing and fire suppression, and the ability to monitor the product remotely throughout the test program.
